Where Is It?

Since its discovery in Brooklyn, New York in 1996, the Asian longhorned beetle (ALB) has been also been found in other parts of the New York City metropolitan area, Illinois, New Jersey and Massachusetts. To control the spread of this invasive pest, Federal and State agencies have established quarantine zones called “regulated areas.” Find out what it means to live and work in a quarantine zone.
